BALANCE: (From a Trainer's notebook)
When you do squats or leg press with your feet straight forward, shoulder width, it works the entire leg area.
If you position your feet wide outside shoulder width feet at a 45° angle w/ toes pointed out, it will put more emphasis on the inside of the thighs.
If you spread the feet wide outside of shoulder width and point the feet straight forward, it will put emphasis on the outside of the thighs
If you put the feet and knees together it will put emphasis on the quads.
SAFETY TIP: NEVER let your knees extend over your feet. Save the knees!!!
Oh, and STRETCH!!! STAY UP!!!
